ARCbook Affiliate Terms & Conditions
These terms govern participation in the ARCbook Affiliate Program operated by Australian Resource Centre (ARC Hub). By ticking the agreement box, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility
You must own or operate a registered Australian business to participate. The Affiliate Program is not open to individuals without a business. ARC Hub reserves the right to approve or decline any affiliate application.
2. Onboarding requirement
Before making any referrals, you must complete the ARCbook Affiliate onboarding presentation. This ensures you accurately represent the product to potential members.
3. Commission structure
Affiliates receive 50% of the referred member's monthly subscription fee ($4.95 per member per month at current pricing of $9.90/month).
Commission is paid monthly, in arrears, after the referred member's payment has cleared.
Commission is ongoing for as long as the referred member remains subscribed.
Commission ceases immediately if a referred member cancels their subscription.
No commission is payable on free tier members.
4. Referral tracking
All referrals must be made through your unique affiliate link or code provided by ARC Hub. Referrals not tracked to your code cannot be attributed to you. ARC Hub's tracking records are final.
5. Permitted referral methods
You may refer business owners and specialists through personal networks, existing client relationships, LinkedIn, events, and word of mouth.
You may not use purchased email lists, spam, or mass unsolicited marketing.
You may not make claims about ARCbook that are not supported by the official presentations provided to you.
You may not impersonate ARC Hub or use ARC Hub branding without written permission.
6. Referred member eligibility
You may only refer genuine business owners or legitimate specialists. Referrals of individuals who do not meet ARC Hub's member criteria will not be credited.
7. Payment
Commission payments are processed monthly via bank transfer or other method agreed with ARC Hub. A minimum payout threshold of $20 applies. Balances below $20 carry forward to the next month.
8. Program changes
ARC Hub reserves the right to change commission rates, terms, or discontinue the Affiliate Program with 30 days notice. Changes will be communicated by email to registered affiliates.
9. Termination
ARC Hub may terminate affiliate status immediately for misrepresentation, spam, or breach of these terms. Commission earned to the date of termination will be paid; no further commission will accrue.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
